Unique Learning Opportunity for High School Seniors Interested in Machine Operating, Advanced Manufacturing or Engineering

28 seniors (7 from each Boone County high school) will be selected to explore careers in the growing field of manufacturing. In this fall program, students will visit industry sites and interact with employees to learn about job/apprenticeship opportunities and company benefits (often including tuition assistance). They will also do work simulation activities and practice soft skills. Two Boone County CCR Coaches will lead the students through college and career exploration to help them plan their post-secondary futures. Deadline to apply is Sept. 8. Interested students or parents should contact their high school’s CCR Pathway Coach:
